We are a group of lawyers, taxpayers, accountants, transaction advisors and investors. We take care of digital entrepreneurs from the start of the business, through the entry of investors to the exit. We help successful businessmen to structure their activities and companies, people from the crypt to optimally (not) tax and high net worth individuals to take care of their assets. We provide a comprehensive service from law, tax to accounting. At the same time, we help clients find investment opportunities, invest capital and manage assets.

We believe in individual freedom, the free market and a minimalist state. We don't do public procurement, we don't take money from the state. We are highly pro-client oriented. We don't do “mahogany advocaici”. We believe that the right should help business, not hinder it. We do not do unnecessary things “to the drawer”. We do not push clients into unnecessary legal expenses. We do things business efficiently. We don't do illegal activities. In taxes, we try to operate as profitably as possible for the client within the legal playing field.

We want to take care of digital entrepreneurs from the beginning of their journey to company exit and capital management. We are currently around 20. We do not have the ambition to build a large group, but rather to maximize the brain power of the whole team. We are still developing the wealth management branch. At the same time, we are increasingly going beyond legal advice and helping clients with their business. We have no plans to grow at the cost of constantly increasing the number of people in the team. We are not building a factory, but an efficient boutique. We aim to increase the value of our work rather than to increase the number of hours worked.

We don't have working hours. We operate informally. We all love each other and most of our clients as well. We don't have tables, strict processes and formalistic management. We are distributed throughout the country (core is Prague, Brno). It's very easy to get in touch with us. We pay well, not according to formal attributes, but according to ability and added value. We have an unlimited home office, the limit is only meetings with clients or some basic socialization in the team. We are mainly interested in the speed of work, the quality of work, the quality of communication with the client and the observance of deadlines. The rest is flexible. We have both the financial and working capacity to implement new meaningful projects. We have no problem paying for effective education and deepening of skills and know-how.

High freedom requires a higher degree of self-discipline and an internal work ethic. No one is going to stand over you and micromanage you. No one will lead you by the hand. You have to handle this yourself.

Autonomy, intelligence, problem-solving ability, client orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, consistency, adherence to the word, efficiency, loyalty, drive... These are the main skills we appreciate.
