Alternative fund

Alternative funds are investment funds that primarily focus on investing in less traditional and often less liquid assets such as real estate, private equity, venture capital, commodities or infrastructure. These funds are typically intended for qualified investors within the meaning of the Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act, who are able to bear a higher degree of risk and have adequate capital. As a rule, alternative funds aim to achieve high returns and to ensure portfolio diversification beyond traditional capital markets.
