IN/CIN ((company) identification number)

The (company) identification number is a unique eight-digit numeric code used to uniquely identify any legal entity or individual doing business in the Czech Republic. The ID is assigned by the competent authority depending on the type of entity — for example, by the trade licensing office for natural persons doing business under the Trade Licensing Act or by the registry court when registering commercial companies and other legal entities in the public register.
