Tax Advisor

A tax advisor is a natural person who is registered in the list of tax advisors maintained by the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic pursuant to Act No. 523/1992 Coll., on tax advice and the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic. Its main activity is the provision of legal assistance and financial advice in matters of taxes, levies, fees and other similar pecuniary transactions, including advice on accounting. The tax advisor is entitled to represent clients before financial administration bodies and other administrative bodies in tax matters.
